For the first time the international Fashion Tech competition by Deutsche Telekom took place in 2016. In the famous theatre space "Sophiensäle" in Berlin-Mitte over 400 people visited the Fashion Fusion award show during the Autumn/Winter Fashion Week Berlin in January.
From AR to VR, to interactive concepts and smart couture: 12 finalists had to present their ideas and concepts on stage. Welcoming and laudatory speeches by partners like Intel, Premium and adidas were framed by musical acts. The whole evening led into the big finale with a 15 min. performative runway show, celebrating all the outfits and concepts of the participants.
